Tim Forrester

Executive Director (Heritage Green), Managing Director (Aria Property International)

Tim is the Executive Director of Heritage Green, as well as the Managing Director of Aria Property International (www.ariaproperty.com.au), an Australian based property company. Tim has international exposure in acquisitions and developments and spent considerable time in Colorado since 2001, expanding and running the company’s operations in Steamboat Springs.

Extensive knowledge of all facets of property investment and development and a thorough understanding of the economic drivers enables Tim to provide strategic decisions to be made about the direction of Heritage Green.
The Forrester family has a long association with property. Tim’s father Rod was the founder and ex-CEO of publicly listed and ASX top 200 company FKP Ltd (www.fkp.com.au) which today has a market capitalization of approximately $950 million (based on ASX share price of $5.00).

Bill Linn

Executive Director

Bill started his career in the property sector in the early 1970’s by commencing a home building company after a successful period in the automotive industry with both General Motors and Ford. Bill continued to grow the construction company as a family business before eventually expanding into the land development industry in 1989. Since then, Bill has successfully developed several housing estates and kept an active involvement in these projects. Throughout the 1990’s Bill has also had an active involvement in developing and operating several mid scale hotels and motel projects as part of his development portfolio.

During Bill’s property career he has focused on delivering a quality product in lifestyle locations that has served the needs of the retirement market. Bill’s attitude toward development has always been to keep the process as simple as possible and ensure that the group retains a strong focus on the outcome.

Damian Winterburn

Vice President

Damian has been active in the property development and investment sector for the past 8 years. Graduating with a degree in Property Economics specializing in project management from Queensland University of Technology in Australia, Damian has developed a strong understanding of both the theoretical as well as practical aspects of real estate and senior housing sectors. He successfully managed a mid-sized real estate company as well as served on the board of a publicly listed property management company in Australia that was responsible for managing over $350 Million in assets for various private property investors. He has been involved in delivering over 40 projects that range from assisted living properties through to master-planned communities. Damian is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors, U.S. Green Building Council, Real Estate Institute of Queensland as well as the National Association of Home Builders.

Michael Hurley

VP Sales and Developments

Michael started in real estate development industry eleven years ago Working in project marketing and sales for one of Australia's premier real estate firms, PRD. At PRD, Michael benefited from being actively involved in the marketing, sales and product delivery of multiple large scale developments with a combined value of over $300 Million. Michael then joined FKP Limited, one of Australia's largest publicly listed property development companies were he worked for 4 years. While at FKP he quickly established a proven track record and success in taking large scale condominium and master planned community projects from initial conception, to delivery and settlements that far exceeding the company's expectations and hurdle rates. For the past four years Michael has been the driving force behind developing, marketing and delivering the last 4 stages of Trappeur's Crossing Resort development, the company's high-end condominium project in the ski resort town resort of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Michael's key strengths lie in designing a project to meet and exceed the needs of the end user and then overseeing the development, marketing and sales of the project through till completion to ensure it is delivered to the same quality as the initial design. Michael is currently managing the company's future workbook of development predominantly in Colorado, with over 400 condos and 50,000sqft of office/retail with a market value in excess of $350 million with-in the Steamboat Springs Ski Area Base. Michael is a licensed real estate agent, a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Securities Institute.

Alex Kane

VP Development

Alex has been involved in the development and construction industry for over 20 years. His primary involvement and strength lies in bringing the development on line from its conceptual stage to the finished product. This hands on approach to delivering the product is augmented by a strong background in the finance industry specializing in large ticket development sites and sub division projects. Alex also has a Degree in Accounting and attained his status as a CPA that supports his multifaceted career base spanning the Oil and Gas, Heavy engineering, Finance, Retail and Project Management industries. Alex has project managed property developments from boutique to large scale commercial and industrial sub divisions, high rises, shopping centers and retirement villages.

Alex has strong analytical skills and brings a true problem solving mentality to every situation. Alex’s background has evolved into a depth of practical understanding of all facets of development and in more recent times Alex has undertaken a strong focus on the integration of development into the environment and sustainable development practices, to which he is passionate about. Alex is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and has an active involvement in several planning and growth management non-for-profit groups.

Christopher Colli

VP of Mergers and Acquisitions
Principal Broker for HG Real Estate Services, LLC

Chris is responsible for negotiating and acquiring assets such as; senior housing, industrial, multifamily and mixed use properties throughout the United States.  He is also the Principal Real Estate and Mortgage Broker for HG Real Estate Services LLC, an affiliate of Heritage Green. 

After an active college and professional golf career, Chris began his real estate career at Johnston & Johnston Financial, building, training and managing a team of over 20 finance officers and running the business development division of the company.   From 2003 to 2006 he integrated real estate acquisition and development into his repertoire working with some of the largest real estate companies in the Southeast US and was responsible for identifying and negotiating the acquisition of various assets.  Within the Senior Housing Industry, Chris has actively analyzed and targeted over 500 assets and been involved in over $120 Million in acquisitions.  Over the years he has gained a firm grasp on acquiring raw land to entitle for development to buying turnaround or stabilized senior living properties.  

Chris graduated with honors as a student athlete for the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration. 

Rebecca Monroe

VP of Finance (Underwriting and Asset Management)

Rebecca is responsible for the origination, underwriting, financing and continuing asset management of investments in independent living, assisted living, and dementia care properties for the company.

Rebecca has been involved in the underwriting of investment in seniors housing facilities since 1993.  She entered the senior housing industry at SouthTrust Capital Funding Corporation and later spent several years with GMAC Commercial Mortgage (now Capmark) where she served as a senior underwriter in the healthcare lending group. From 2001 to late 2006, Rebecca was employed with CNL Retirement Corp in a variety of underwriting and asset management roles. Rebecca was the third employee at CNL Retirement REIT when company owned just $12 million in assets.  She was actively involved in the company until they were purchased in 2006 for over $5 Billion. While at CNL, Rebecca was initially the senior underwriter for all acquisitions and was responsible for overseeing assets in excess of $700 Million for the company, including special assets.  Most recently Rebecca served as Director of Asset Management for HCP, Inc., the largest Healthcare REIT in the United States. 

Ms. Monroe received her Bachelor’s degree, as well as an MBA and MAcc from Samford University. She expects to receive her CPA in late 2008.
