Christopher Colli

VP of Mergers and Acquisitions
Principal Broker for HG Real Estate Services, LLC

Chris is responsible for negotiating and acquiring assets such as; senior housing, industrial, multifamily and mixed use properties throughout the United States.  He is also the Principal Real Estate and Mortgage Broker for HG Real Estate Services LLC, an affiliate of Heritage Green. 

After an active college and professional golf career, Chris began his real estate career at Johnston & Johnston Financial, building, training and managing a team of over 20 finance officers and running the business development division of the company.   From 2003 to 2006 he integrated real estate acquisition and development into his repertoire working with some of the largest real estate companies in the Southeast US and was responsible for identifying and negotiating the acquisition of various assets.  Within the Senior Housing Industry, Chris has actively analyzed and targeted over 500 assets and been involved in over $120 Million in acquisitions.  Over the years he has gained a firm grasp on acquiring raw land to entitle for development to buying turnaround or stabilized senior living properties.  

Chris graduated with honors as a student athlete for the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration. 

Rebecca Monroe

VP of Finance (Underwriting and Asset Management)

Rebecca is responsible for the origination, underwriting, financing and continuing asset management of investments in independent living, assisted living, and dementia care properties for the company.

Rebecca has been involved in the underwriting of investment in seniors housing facilities since 1993.  She entered the senior housing industry at SouthTrust Capital Funding Corporation and later spent several years with GMAC Commercial Mortgage (now Capmark) where she served as a senior underwriter in the healthcare lending group. From 2001 to late 2006, Rebecca was employed with CNL Retirement Corp in a variety of underwriting and asset management roles. Rebecca was the third employee at CNL Retirement REIT when company owned just $12 million in assets.  She was actively involved in the company until they were purchased in 2006 for over $5 Billion. While at CNL, Rebecca was initially the senior underwriter for all acquisitions and was responsible for overseeing assets in excess of $700 Million for the company, including special assets.  Most recently Rebecca served as Director of Asset Management for HCP, Inc., the largest Healthcare REIT in the United States. 

Ms. Monroe received her Bachelor’s degree, as well as an MBA and MAcc from Samford University. She expects to receive her CPA in late 2008.
